Sarvodaya Suwasetha Home for the boys in Balapitiya officially opened on 30th Nov 2009. Many foreign and local visitors accompanied and welcomed them by a colourful cultural pageant with Kandian dancers.
The Children’s Library and the Computer Unit were opened by Mr. John Dietz while new building was declared open by Mrs. Needra Doyle from Light of Lanka, Australia. Kids showed their talents on that day.
