We warmly appreciate and recognize the care and concern, companionship and guidance given to them by Mr Mark Green, he has been an exemplary ambassador of Mast Industries living up to the high ideals of social responsibility commitments of Mast Cares. The children of both homes are indeed grateful to Mark and the other staff members of the Sri Lanka Country Office notably Ms Julie Chapman, Champika de Silva, Sharmini Athukorale, Kapila, Manjula, Tersha Wakefield who have been caring foster brothers and sisters, extending and expressing love and concern in a committed relationship. The educational support, especially in English, IT, Art and Mathematics, opportunities to pursue extra curricular activities and the much looked forward to regular outings arranged are a living examples of Mast Cares. The long term value adding programme of sponsorship support for individual children developed and implemented by Mark Green as a personal initiative will mean not only a regular stream of support for care and maintenance and educational and recreational support for the children on an on going basis but more importantly an opportunity to build a capital sum in savings that will assist the children in pursuing higher education options, a career oriented skills enhancements and as a support in building a new life in the community when they leave the home. |
