God’s Little Acre, a beautiful little hotel surrounded by lush green trees and the Bolgoda Lake in Moratuwa, is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The girls at Ma Sevena were excited for their outing, up and ready in the early hours of the morning to proceed to their destination.

The Emerge Global Bead Co-ordinator joined hands with ‘Janakaraliya,’ a local theatre troupe, to conduct games and activities for the day. The girls enjoyed games that were specially designed for young and pregnant mothers while the little ones were entertained separately with colouring books and painting.

A lovely buffet was served for lunch at 12.30 and thereafter the games continued. Some of the girls received prizes at the end of the game.

Tea and cake were served at 3.30 p.m. and Avanthi, the Team Leader from the troupe, held a discussion with the girls and requested them for their feed back of the days proceedings. Many of the girls thanked the troupe members and Emerge Co-ordinator profusely for making their day entertaining and fun-filled for both them and their children.
